Full Garage Remodel
Here is what we found when we arrived on the job. Coatings job that was improperly done, unorganized, low quality cabinetry. We can see that there are many ways to make improvements to this space.
After the demolition of all existing cabinets.
Installation of drywall. Tape, patch, and texture all walls and ceiling to match consistently throughout the space.
Painting is completed. All walls and ceiling were painted in Sherwin Williams - Alabaster White. This is a popular off-white color option.
All floor surfaces are mechanically prepped using diamond grinders. The grinders are always connected to HEPA vacuums to minimize dust on our projects. Floor preparation is key for a successful epoxy installation. The CSP (concrete surface profile) needs to be properly done for epoxy to adhere correctly and have a strong bond. All hairline cracks and holes are repaired and patched.
Here is a quick comparison of the garage. Before and after epoxy flooring is installed. This is to showcase the impactful change that epoxy flooring alone can make for a very reasonable cost.
Charcoal Blend was used for this garage floor. One of the more popular color options that we offer. The flakes consist of black, grey, and white.
Epoxy flooring is installed. We apply the base coat of 100% solids epoxy and broadcast flakes of your color choice. We always do a full broadcast for a complete coverage rate. Then we apply a top coat of Polyaspartic. The benefit of the Polyaspartic top coat is that it never yellows like epoxy does. This is one of, if not the most durable finishes you can get for your garage floor.
Fully customizable garage cabinetry is installed. All of the cabinetry we install in our garages are fully custom. We come and take measurements and work around what is in your garage to make the most out of the space.
All fluorescent lights were removed and replaced with high efficiency LED shop lights. We are helping customers make the switch to more eco-friendly options when it comes to lighting. Not only does it require less energy to operate, it is also much brighter. The lights can be changed in terms of temperature of lighting to your preference. Whether you prefer soft white or bright white, it can be adjusted to your liking.
